Who we are
Noodle Videos is a video production partnership based in Bangkok, Thailand, operating the website noodlevideos.com. You can reach us at hello@noodlevideos.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, the company or restaurant you represent, your email address, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else. We do not run analytics, we do not use tracking cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Who else touches it
Two companies process data on our behalf:
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and our video files, and handles the requests your browser makes to load them. Standard server logs, such as IP addresses, exist as part of that and are governed by Cloudflare's own policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, and we delete them when it is not. If you want yours gone sooner, email us and we will remove it.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, and under the GDPR if you are in Europe, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it. There is no form and no process.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.

Who owns what
The design, code, logo and written content of this site belong to Noodle Videos. The films shown here were made for our clients, and the rights in that work sit with them or are shared with us under our agreements. They appear here as a portfolio and nothing more. Do not download, re-upload, or reuse any of it without asking us first.
Client names, logos and trade marks belong to those clients and appear here only to identify work we made for them.
Enquiries are not contracts
Sending us a message through the contact form starts a conversation. It does not create an agreement, and it does not oblige either of us to anything. Real projects run on a written scope and quote that we agree separately.
What we do not promise
This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be error free or online without interruption. Any performance figures quoted here describe past work and are not a promise of similar results.

Two humans.
One dachshund CEO.
Jackey is half German, half Thai, and has spent two decades in production. Feature films with the kind of stars who travel with security. Production manager at foodpanda. Work for Shell, Sephora and a long list of agencies. Now she does her own thing.
Valentin is Swiss and has spent 15 years making commercial and explainer films for Nike, Bosch, Dyson, luxury hotels and plenty more.
He sits on the creative side, she sits on the production side, and between them very little goes wrong. A video power couple, reporting to Noodle, our dachshund lady and lawful CEO.
Here is what we actually believe. Social media has turned into an attention grab. Everything is engineered to stop your thumb for half a second and almost nothing is built to stay with you. We think that is a waste, because food and the people who cook it deserve a story told properly.
That is the thing
